Within these 12 days of trekking, the trail takes you to diverse landscapes filled with thrilling adventures. The adventure offers a unique experience with the stunning off-the-beaten-path within the captivating Manaslu region. The trek will take you to the majestic Manaslu Himal, which is the eighth-highest peak in the world, located within the Manaslu Himalayan sub-range.

In 1991, the Nepalese government opened the Manaslu trekking trail; since then, it has become a popular tourist destination. Trekking through the trail helps travelers not only explore the Himalayan views but also the breathtaking landscapes, ethnic lifestyles, and their traditions. Due to its diversity, this trek is regarded as an alternative to the world-renowned Annapurna circuit trek.

While trekking the Manaslu Circuit, trekkers can also explore the Manaslu Conservation Area, rich in cultural and ecological diversity. The main attractions of this journey are Mt. Manaslu (8,163 m), the eighth-highest mountain in the world, and Larke La Pass (5,160 m). Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli, Peak 29, Mahendra Lake, and the glacier are some of the other local attractions.

Other places on this trekking route include Milarepa's cave, which is located west of Sama Gaon and Samdo Gaon. The journey traces the ancient route used for the salt trade between Tibet and the Budi Gandaki River.

You will have the opportunity to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds, including Newar, Gurung, Magar, and other Tibetan-origin groups, as you go along the path. Your trip will undoubtedly be more memorable as you engage with them, hear their stories, and live their way.

Your trekking adventure is also filled with encounters with flora and fauna, as 110 different bird species can be found in the area, including the Himalayan Griffon, Impeyan, Blood, Kalij, Eurasian Griffon, Golden Eagle, Koklas Pheasants, Himalayan and Tibetan Snow Cocks, and Crimson Horned Pheasant. The two most important plant species in this area are rhododendron and Himalayan blue pine.

Regarding lodging, we provide two to three-star hotels in Kathmandu, but we can also accommodate your specific needs. Manaslu Circuit Trekking offers lodges with basic amenities. A description of the meals and lodging for the trip is provided here.

Food: Teahouses and lodges along the trekking path provide both foreign and traditional Nepali cuisine. There are options like momos (dumplings), dal bhat (rice with vegetables and lentil broth), noodles, spaghetti, pancakes, and more. These freshly prepared lunches will provide you with the energy you require for your hikes. It is important to remember that while some teahouses may have vast menus, others may have fewer options.

Accommodations: Teahouses, lodges, and guesthouses are found in villages along the Manaslu Circuit Trekking route. These accommodations provide a variety of amenities and levels of luxury, from basic dorm-style accommodations to individual rooms with attached toilets. Most teahouses include basic facilities, such as hot showers and, occasionally for an additional fee, shared bathrooms with squat toilets and simple beds. A sleeping bag is recommended for further warmth and insulation, especially during the winter.

Insurance and Rescue Services During Manaslu Circuit Journey

Insurance acts as an essential safety net, giving you the financial stability and peace of mind you need to take on adventures in far-off and occasionally difficult areas.

Insurance can be a lifesaver in the case of an emergency, such as a sickness or injury experienced during your climb. It helps speed rescue efforts and pay for the expensive medical costs related to helicopter rescues from high altitudes.

In areas such as the Himalayas, where circumstances can be unpredictable and the terrain is rough, insurance is not just a good idea but a necessity when hiking. Even though we take every safety measure to guarantee your safety throughout your trip, accidents could occur. So, having insurance will reduce the financial stress brought on by unanticipated events, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey.

You can feel secure knowing that you are ready for everything by purchasing all-inclusive travel insurance that covers trekking at high elevations. Insurance gives you the security you need to comfortably enjoy your travel, covering anything from emergency medical care and evacuation to trip cancellations and lost luggage.

In the end, even though we hope that your journey will be safe and pleasurable, it's crucial to be ready for anything that can come up. Therefore, make sure you have sufficient travel insurance that suits your demands and gives you the protection and assurance you need before starting your journey.

Manaslu circuit trekking by Rio de Janeiro

I highly recommend Good Vibe for anyone considering trekking in Nepal.

Kishan, the owner, is very friendly and did a great and honest job throughout the whole booking process. As he said, even though our guide, Samdo, didn't speak as much English as the other young guides, he more than compensated with his caring and responsible attitude and with his knowledge about the mountains, the villages and all the different trails along the way. Also even with my complete lack of understanding of the Nepali language, more than once it seemed clear that the other young guides would come to Samdo (I'm probably misspelling his name - sorry!) for advice.

Other than that, I doubt that you can find a better price than what Good Vibe offers. Extremely competitive while maintaining an excellent quit service.

All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service provided and I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Priceless Help and Unforgetable Friend

Where ever you go in Nepal you will probably get a great deal and meet great people. We happen to go with Good Vibe and we were glad we did. Keshan was very helpful with planning and helped us pick the right tours for the amount of time we were there. Everything was booked and handled by him. We had trouble at an ATM machine. We pressed 35,000 Rupees but it only gave us 17,000. We didnt know what to do, and figured the money was gone. Who was going to believe us? Keshan took charge and handled everything. We didnt have to change our tour while the bank figured out the money. He took the hit while he sorted it out. The next day everything was taken care of. The driver was great and safe. I recommend everyone to have a private driver. It cuts down on the hassel and they are much safer. On our last day, the hotel put us in the wrong car to the airport. Again we called Keshan and he took care of it, as the driver wanted us to pay even though we pre-paid for a driver through Good Vibe who was waiting at our hotel searching for us.
