Bhutan and Nepal Discover Tour

Namaste and Welcome to Kathmandu. Representative of Good Vibe Adventure greets you at the international airport. Then you will be transferred at the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, refresh and rest yourselves. We will briefly explain our tour program in the evening. O/N at Hotel.

Today, you will have your sightseeing tour around the Kathmandu valley including the World Heritage sites. You will have a licensed tour guide as your company. Kathmandu Durbar Square lies at the center of Kathmandu. It is a live museum of ancient architecture and fine Newari arts. Pashupatinath temple is the pilgrimage destination of Hindu devotees, lies on the bank of Bagmati River. It is a temple of Lord Shiva. Boudhanath Stupa is a Buddhist pilgrimage site and the great Stupa in the Asia, built in the 17th century. Patan Durbar square is an artistic mediaeval palace of the 17th century. Swoyambhunath Stupa is also known as the Monkey temple, lies on the top of the hill. The golden temple on the hill top is followed by 365 steps which is significant in Buddhism. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast, we drive to Pokhara via Mugling. We follow the main road of Kathmandu Pokhara highway. It is pretty long but fantastic drive. Travelers can view several scenes, hill landscape and terraced firm lands. Following the ridge of Trishuli, Marshyangdi and Seti River, we arrive at Pokhara. O/N at Hotel.

In the early morning, 20 min. drive to the Sarangkot hill for the stunning views of sunrise over the Annapurna Himalayan range. After enjoying sometimes by taking the photographs, drive back to the hotel. After breakfast, you will have toured around the amazing waterfall named Davi’s fall, visit to mysterious caves namely around Gupteswor Cave, Tibetan Refugee Camp, the old Bazaar and Bindyabasini Temple, Deep Gorges Seti River, Mountain Museum and boating on a Phewa Lake for an hour with the surprising views of Mt. Fishtail and other surrounding Himalayas. Back to the hotel and rest. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast, we prepare to drive towards Chitwan National Park. It is about 5 hour picturesque drive from Pokhara. We have the splendid views of terraced rice fields, stunning landscape and forests. It is a scenic drive by the Marshyangdi and Trishuli River. Gradually we reach to the hotel and check-in. After having rested for some time you will be guided for a village walk and sightseeing around the local Tharu communities. In the evening, travelers can enjoy the Tharu people’s cultural performance- Stick Dance. O/N at Hotel.

Today is a huge day. After breakfast, you will be busy for the whole day. The activities are Elephant ride, jungle safari, canoe ride, bird watching, Jungle walk, and others. Travelers feel to be enclosed by nature and local culture. Return back to the hotel and have dinner. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Kathmandu for about 6 hours with a wonderful memory of the Chitwan National Park tour. It is a short scenic flight or a long and scenic drive with Himalayan views, Rivers and Jungles. After the arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel. Walk around the local market in the evening. O/N at Hotel.

We drive to the airport in the morning and fly to Paro airport in Bhutan. Our representative picks you up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we explore around the Paro Valley and visit the Drugyul Dzong. We continually visit the Ta-Dzong, locally known as the watch tower. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast, we hike to the Taktsang Monastery, popular as Tiger's Nest. It is most famous monastery in Druk Yul. Guru Rinpoche is believed to have meditated here. We climb steep up from Paro and have lunch on the way. After visiting the monastery, we climb down to Paro and drive to Thimpu. It is the capital city of Bhutan. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast, we set off for the guided city sightseeing. Today, we visit several historical places, Dzongs, Monasteries, Chhortens and view the surrounding sceneries. We visit the 15th century built Changankha temple and the collections of the historical significant materials at the National Gallery. Young children are taught the traditional painting. We reach to Wangduephodrang crossing Dochula Pass and through the lush forest. O/N at Hotel.

After breakfast, we visit the Punakha Dzong and we drive back to Paro. On the way, we visit Chimi Lhakhang, a temple devoted to Lama Drukpa Kuenley. Getting bless from Lama, we drive further via Dochu La Pass. Then we visit the Druk Wangyal Monastery, drive to Thimpu and continue drive to Paro. O/N at Hotel.

With the superb views of Himalayan ranges like Mt Everest, Chomolhari, Tsrim Gang and Jichu Drake from a scenic flight from Paro, we reach Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. The whole day, we have time for shopping and do our personal arrangements. We rest and enjoy our last dinner in Kathmandu. O/N at Hotel.

Today, it’s your final day of the trip. On your airport time, Good Vibe Adventure will bid farewell and wish for a safe journey. Or if you have extra activities in Nepal then we do the further trip.
