The tour begins at Kathmandu with the sightseeing in the ancient monuments in Kathmandu then to the Sunrise and sunset tour in Nagarkot and ultimately drives to Chitwan for the Jungle Safari tour to explore the prosperous flora, fauna and indigenous culture of Tharu communities.

Kathmandu Valley is an ideal place for the sightseeing tour, which contains most of the World Heritage site of UNESCO in Nepal. They are Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Squares, Boudhanath and Swoyambhunath Buddhist Stupa, Hindu temple of Pashupatinath and Chagunarayan. Nagarkot is a popular travel destination to have the Himalayan views, sunrise and sunset. It is situated 32 km east of Kathmandu. It takes about an hour drive by private vehicle to reach there from Kathmandu. It is on the top of the hill surrounded by dense pine forest and terraced fields. The mesmerizing views of Everest Himalayan range, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Langtang are crystal clear from the viewpoint of Nagarkot. After the sunrise views and breakfast, drive to the Chitwan National Park for 6-7 hours.

Chitwan national park is a natural world heritage site of Nepal, situated in the southern lowlands region of Nepal. It is 150km drive west from Kathmandu. It is the most visited national Park in Nepal, which includes more than 400 species of birds and 70 species of wild animals. It is the home for endangered animals like the Royal Bengal Tiger, one-horned rhinos, sloths and gharial crocodiles. It is a lifelong memory to have an Elephant ride and enjoy the natural vistas along with animals activities. Canoeing along the Rapti River, visit the indigenous Tharu Communities and enjoy their cultural programs, adventure jungle walk are the fascinating activities inside the Chitwan National Park. Day 01

Arrival at the Airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02

Kathmandu Sightseeing and Drive to Nagarkot.

Today, you will have your sightseeing tour around the Kathmandu valley including the World Heritage sites. You will have a licensed tour guide as your company. Kathmandu Durbar Square lies at the center of Kathmandu. It is a live museum of ancient architecture and fine Newari arts. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. The square holds the mediaeval palaces. Pashupatinath temple is the pilgrimage destination of Hindu devotees, lies on the bank of Bagmati River. It is a temple of Lord Shiva. Shiva Linga and It has got a place for cremation, where the dead bodies are burnt down. A great fair held here in Mahashivaratri. Boudhanath Stupa is a Buddhist pilgrimage site and the great Stupa in the Asia, built in the 17th century. It is surrounded by the resident of Tibetan Buddhist communities. You can feel the real sense of Buddhism around here. Patan Durbar square is an artistic mediaeval palace of the 17th century. Patan is also known as The City of Fine Arts. Krishna Mandir is one of the Hindu temples and a central attraction in this square. Swoyambhunath Stupa is also known as the Monkey temple, lies on the top of the hill. The golden temple on the hill top is followed by 365 steps which is significant in Buddhism. It is a good viewpoint of the Kathmandu valley and visitors can have the spectacular sunset views from here. Then drive further to Nagarkot. O/N at Hotel. (A, B)

Day 03

Drive to Chitwan.

Wake up early in the morning to view the sunrise. Nagarkot is a hill located beautiful viewpoint of sunrise, sunset, Everest, Annapurna and Langtang Himalayan range along with the spectacular views of scattered traditional settlements and artistic city of Bhaktapur. Then return to the hotel and have breakfast. After having the breakfast, we prepare to leave to Chitwan National Park. It is about 7 hours drive from Nagarkot. After a scenic drive, arrive Chitwan and have rest. In the evening, walk aroung the ethnic Tharu communities. O/N at Hotel.

Day 04

Jungle activities.

Day 05

Drive back to Kathmandu.

Good to Know

Knowledge The tours are based on driving trip, so it is suitable for everybody and no matter even if you are travelling for the first time. You will be guided by a tour guide and can ask about all the confusions and inquires.

Airport Pick Up and Drop- Representative of Good Vibe Adventure will pick you up at the airport. Then you will be briefed about the program after transferring to the hotel. When the programs finish you will be transferred to the international airport for the final departure.

Food and Accommodation- There are several continental restaurants in your travel destination. You will have multiple selections in the menu. Packed foods and waters can be bought at the department store. It is not included in our package tours. We manage your accommodations according to your requirement. Generally, it will be 2-3 ** hotels with breakfast of our offering. But, if you want to upgrade your accommodation, please let us know earlier.

Transportation- Private Tourist vehicle will be provided on the whole trip. It depends on your size of group what kind of vehicle like Car, Van, Hiace and Bus. You have options of choosing flight instead of ground transportation in some tour destinations. Eg. Kathmandu Pokhara, Kathmandu Chitwan and Kathmandu Lumbini.

Booking and Payment procedure- 20% payment should be paid in advance while you book the trip. It should include Passport copy and flight detail. The rest of 80% payment is payable at your arrival in Nepal. You can pay by your credit card and deposit into the bank account of Good Vibe Adventure from your country and can pay cash after your arrival.

Trip Extension: Along with the tour activities in Nepal, we also operate tour activities in Tibet and Bhutan. Please, let us know earlier if you want to extent your trip either inside Nepal or outside of it according to your time management.

Entrance Fees: It is a compulsory before entering into any heritage sites and monuments. The fees should be paid by you or if you wish we can add it into our package price and you dont have to bother on your travel activities.

Clothing and equipment

Clothing and equipment requirement varies with the type of tour type and season.
From April to the end of October, it is warm in Kathmandu. In Nepal clothing for traveling purpose should be comfortable and light. You can also wear longer shorts provided that it is weather- friendly. In the months of November to the end of March, days are usually warm and evenings are cool. Put on your summer clothes during the day time but in the evening and night it is advisable to carry a light jacket. Winter season starts from December to February. One must be equipped with sufficient winter wears like jackets, sweaters, trousers etc to stay protected from the cold. In accordance to Nepali weather you can have your clothes well-packed in your luggage or you can also purchase clothes of your choice and needs from the clothing stores in Nepal.

Kathmandu Nagarkot Chitwan Tour - Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival at the Airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02 Kathmandu Sightseeing and Drive to Nagarkot.

Day 03 Drive to Chitwan.

Day 04 Jungle activities.

Today is a huge day. After breakfast, you will be busy for the whole day. The activities are Elephant ride, jungle safari, canoe ride, bird watching, Jungle walk, and others. Travelers feel to be enclosed by nature and local culture. Return back to the hotel and have dinner. O/N at Hotel. (Full board meal and accommodation)

Day 05 Drive back to Kathmandu.

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Kathmandu for about 6 hours with a wonderful memory of the Chitwan National Park tour. This is a scenic drive with Himalayan views, Rivers and Jungles. After the arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel. Walk around the local market in the evening. O/N at Hotel. (A, B)

Day 06 Final Departure.

Today, it’s your final day of the trip in Nepal. On your airport time, Good Vibe Adventure will bid farewell and wish for a safe journey. Or if you have extra activities in Nepal then we do the further trip.
