Kali Gandaki River Rafting  |  3 Days

Kali Gandaki is a sacred river named after Kali, a Hindu goddess. Kali Gandaki originates in the legendary Mustang District and flows southward towards the plains of India. The river existed before the uplift of the Himalaya and has cut a course through the mountains which slowly rose around.

The trans-Himalayan river passes between the majestic Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges.

Annapurna I is the worlds 10th highest peak and Dhaulagiri is the worlds 7th highest. The river passing through created what is considered the worlds deepest gorge. Our Kali Gandaki journey offers a combination of natural beauty and rural landscape with terraced fields, villages, and riverside temples. The Kali Gandaki is named after the Hindu deity Kali. Around 60 km in length, the rafting begins with a scenic drive from Pokhara towards Beni. We enjoy three days of rafting that includes exhilarating chutes and drops and dozens of whitewater rapids. Grade ranges from 3 to 4 and above, making it an ideal adventure for all!

Kayaking: This section of the Kali Gandaki is ideal for intermediate to advanced kayakers.
