Your Classic Everest Base Camp Trekking begins with a scenic drive to Shivalaya from Kathmandu. From here, you will trek to Bhandar and continue trekking towards Sete villages. The trail ten pass by Junbesi, Nunthala, Bupsadanda, and Surkhe to take you to Phakding village. From here onwards, you will continue via Sagarmatha National Park area and reach Namche Bazar. You will then ascend to Tengboche where you will visit the largest monastery of Everest region, Tengboche monastery. Further, the trail gradually ascends to Everest Base Camp via Dingboche and Gorak Shep. Spending some time at the EBC, you will descend down to Gorak Shep for night stay.
