Bhutan is popular as a country of Druk Yul, which means the land of Thunder Dragon. It is also known as the last paradise on earth. The capital city of Bhutan is Thimpu. It is a country full of natural and cultural heritages so the tourism in Bhutan is developing as a major industry. It is in isolation with spectacular mountains and a variety of flora and fauna, ancient Buddhist Monasteries, vibrant culture and ever smiling people, society and hospitality. Several fauna species are found in Bhutan as snow leopard, Bengal Tiger, Himalayan Black Bear, and Red Panda, deer, Blue ship and other endangered species. It is also a home for various bird species like fly catchers, swifts and cuckoos. There are several National Parks and wild life reserves. The Himalayan sceneries are prevailed in Bhutan, which attracts trekkers to explore the rural landscape. There are vast climatic variations in Bhutan. There are variations in language and ethnicity. Bhutanese People speak more than 19 dialects and the settlements are scattered. The colorful and distinct festivals are one of the major attractions for tour and trekking in Bhutan. Some of the festivals are Mongar Tshechu, Nimalung Festival, Thimphu Tshechu, Trongsa Tshechu and others. They are unique and celebrated all over the country. Buddhism is a main religion along with Hinduism, Islam and Christianity.
